It's rare to find qualified tradespeople on the Gold Coast. Companies that will be happy to actually turn up and do the job. Refresh Carpet Cleaning was a chance call. I ended up speaking to Elizabeth who was very professional more than happy to help. They gave me a time which someone would be around and also gave me the latest time they will be there. Needs to say they exceeded their expectations and Sam turned up even earlier than expected. Service with a smile something this organisation does well. Sam was very professional quickly analysed the situation and provided professional service that was second-to-none. I would highly recommend using this company. I will be using them in the future as it's important to stick with a good thing. This company I understand is an established company from Sydney and only new to the Gold Coast through with service like this, I'm sure they will be the number one provider for carpet water extraction and cleaning. I'm very impressed to reduce service end they professionally and quickly went about the business getting the job done.

I contacted this company at 10.30 on a Saturday evening. They were onsite within 30mins and went to work extracting the water that had flooded the unit from a collapsed pipe. They liaised with our tenant over the next few days also keeping us totally informed. 1 week later the carpets were dried out, new underlay laid and the carpets relaid and you would never know anything had occurred. We are very impressed with everything they did and a big shout out to Elizabeth who was nothing more than helpful and provided such great service.
